- Falmouth Oyster Festival 12th - 15th October - a must visit event on the Falmouth Calendar. Celebrating the start of the oyster dredging season, the oyster festival is one the of biggest and most loved specialist food events.
- Take a trip on the ferry to visit the picturesque village of St Mawes
- Visit Trebah Gardens - this sub tropical garden is beautiful at any time of year.
- Pendennis Castle - only a short walk from the hotel, the castle is one of Henry VIII finest seaside fortresses
- Walk the South West Coast path - Falmouth is the perfect starting point for a coastal walk - head from the hotel towards Maenporth and onto Mawnan Smith, the Helford River and beyond.

- Take a trip on the Falmouth Coaster - a very popular open top bus tour of Falmouth which can be boarded just outside the hotel.
