Luxury 4 star hotel hosting excellent leisure facilities including an indoor swimming pool in Falmouth, Cornwall. 

Exclusively for our guests, our luxury retreat is designed to help you relax, de-stress, revitalise and restore.

Heated to a gentle 32 degrees Celsius, the pool is a great place for residents to enjoy some refreshing leisurely laps to chill out or soothe away the night before, and is open daily between 8am and 8pm.

Adjacent to the pool, you might decide to sweat out the stresses of day-to-day life and detox with hot coals in the cedar sauna, or simply lounge on one of our heated ceramic beds.

  • Comfortable loungers around the pool with magazines available for you to enjoy
  • Fully equipped gym with a selection of Dumbells (2.5kg - 25kg), heat performance rowing machine, Integrity series treadmill and cross trainer, integrity upright lifecycle exercise bike & Axiom Series Dual Adjustable Pulley. There is also a choice of workouts available on the screen which are Bluetooth, apple and Samsung Galaxy watch compatible.

Please note: The treatment room remains closed until further notice. Our pool is closed to non-residents. 

Regular Yoga Classes Available

Yoga is available free of charge to guests staying with us. Or, non-residents can pay £9 per class to join us (booking in advance and pay when booking). Each class has a maximum of 9 people and the classes will either take place outside on the lawn if the weather is nice, or inside the Coleman Room if it’s raining. We will also have yoga mats available for those taking part. 

The yoga timetable is as follows: 

  • Monday 7:30 am
  • Wednesday 7:30am & 4pm
  • Friday 4pm
  • Saturday 8am

Whether you’re new to yoga or a regular, these classes will be suitable for all ages and fitness levels, taught in a way that compliments your relaxing stay in Falmouth helping to create a calm and peaceful mind by emphasizing grounding, a strong stable core, breath awareness and simple meditation techniques.

Our yoga instructor Dr Sri Radha Sharon has a wealth of experience and has dedicated her later life to the wide study and awareness of the various Hatha schools and the fun and challenge of Vinyasa flow yoga.
