The Castle to Castle Swim in Falmouth is an iconic one-mile open water challenge that sees swimmers take on the stunning stretch of sea between Pendennis Castle and St Mawes Castle across the Carrick Roads.
Organised in support of the Royal National Lifeboat Institution, the event brings together hundreds of participants each year, all swimming through beautiful yet challenging coastal waters. With lifeboats, safety crews and supporters lining the route, it's both a thrilling endurance swim and a powerful fundraising event that celebrates community spirit and the lifesaving work of the RNLI along Cornwall's coastline.
