The Pink Wig March in Cornwall is a vibrant and uplifting community event that brings people together in a powerful show of support for breast cancer awareness. Taking place in Falmouth, the streets are transformed into a sea of pink as hundreds of participants don brightly coloured wigs and costumes to march in solidarity for those affected by breast cancer.
Organised in support of The Royal Cornwall Hospitals Charity and the Mermaid Centre, the event combines celebration with purpose, featuring music, energy and a strong sense of unity. More than just a parade, it's a heartfelt fundraiser that highlights the strength of the Cornish community while raising vital funds for life-saving care and treatment across the region.
