All bookings require a £100 per person, non-refundable deposit to confirm the reservation. Bookings can be cancelled up to 72 hours prior to arrival without further charges.
Accommodation balances are to be settled 24 hours prior to arrival. During your stay, all purchases may be booked to your room and balances settled on departure. Complete accounts may not be forwarded on for payment unless credit facilities have been previously arranged.
For guests who require a VAT breakdown on their bill, please request this with reception on check-out.
On the day of arrival, rooms are available from 3pm; however you may wish to use our facilities prior to occupying your room. On your day of departure, it is requested that guests vacate their rooms by 11am. Extensions to these can be arranged, subject to availability at an extra cost. Porters are available to store luggage for you.
In addition to luggage handling, porters are available for various other requirements. Night managers are on duty throughout the night. For assistance, please dial '0'.
The management wishes to inform you that our responsibility for loss or damage to any article or articles of value whilst at our hotel is restricted to the terms of the Hotel Proprietors's act 1956. i.e £100 per guest.
We can offer the facility for your valuables to be deposited at reception and placed into a safe. However, guests are recommended to maintain their own insurance cover on the items in question, as the hotel cannot accept responsibility for any valuables.
In the interests of other guests, smoking or vaping is not permitted anywhere within the hotel, including public areas and bedrooms. Your room is fitted and monitored with a highly sensitive detection system, and smoking or vaping will activate the fire alarm, which may lead to the evacuation of the hotel.
Please note that smoking of cigarettes, pipes, cigars and use of vaping devices is not permitted anywhere within the hotel. There are cigarette bins provided outside the hotel if you wish to smoke or vape.
Wireless internet is available free of charge in the hotel. Please select the Brend Hotels Wi-Fi in your settings, and you will receive unlimited access throughout your stay. No password is required.
Newspapers are delivered to your room each morning by arrangement with the hotel reception, charges apply; pre-paid vouchers are accepted by the local newsagents if you have these with you.
The hotel can arrange taxis to meet guests at local railway stations or at Newquay airport at a reasonable charge. Car hire can be arranged.
Doctors can be contacted by dialling the NHS 111 number. Please dial '9' '111' from your room phone. A minor injuries unit is located at Falmouth Hospital or the main local hospital, and A&E is in in Truro.
