Deck Games | The National Maritime Museum
Taking inspiration from the Titanic exhibition, Deck Games re-lives what it was like to be entertained on board during the golden age of cruise ships! During the daily shows you’ll be welcomed aboard the S.S. Chitteranjan, one of the finest passenger ships bound for the Mediterranean and the Far East by Bunty Pforbes. Your Social Hostess for the entire trip Bunty will lead visitors through plenty of games and entertainment. Come and try your hand at ‘Simon Says’ on deck and hear how to be initiated into ‘Neptune’s Crew’ as you cross the equator. No sitting around with Bunty at the helm, it’s fun, fun, fun all the way this half term at The National Maritime Museum
Features Trail & Bluebells | Glendurgan Garden
Glendurgan Garden is a National Trust garden situated above the hamlet of Durgan on the Helford River, near to Mawnan Smith. Take a scenic walk around this wonderful valley garden and enjoy the sight of hundreds of beautiful bluebells as well as many other flowers at this lovely time of year. Families can enjoy Glendurgans famous cherry laurel maze, planted by the Fox family to entertain their twelve children over 175 years ago, this spectacular maze has been captivating adults and kids alike ever since. Throughout half term children (and adults!) can enjoy a features trail at Glendurgan Gardens amongst the beautiful and intriguing exotic plants, down through the valley banks of restful wildflowers, leading down to the Helford River.
Art Workshops | Falmouth Art Gallery
Falmouth Art Gallery has an outstanding collection of over 2000 artworks that includes 19th and 20th Century Master painting, British Impressionist paintings, the RCPS Tuke Collection, contemporary prints, photography and a children’s illustration archive. The award winning Falmouth Art Gallery is family friendly, fun and free and offers a variety of workshops and events for babies and toddlers, families, all community groups, schools and higher education. This half term enjoy a jam packed schedule from, Family Art Workshops to Sketch Club and Baby Jam.
Rock Pooling | Castle Beach, Falmouth

Meet Paddington Bear | Lappa Valley Steam Railway, Newquay
Everyone’s favourite bear will be stopping off at Lappa Valley Steam Railway this half term. Families can enjoy a relaxing steam train ride into Lappa Valley leisure park to be met by a whole host of attractions a further two railways to explore around the park, crazy golf, a canoeing lake, toddler path maze, indoor play carriages, pedal cars, multiple outdoor play areas and nature walks, all included in the standard admission price.
