Our fully equipped gym is open daily from 7:00am - 9:00pm. The gym facilities include a selection of dumbells (2.5kg - 25kg), heat performance rowing machine, Integrity series treadmill and cross trainer, integrity upright lifecycle exercise bike & Axiom Series Dual Adjustable Pulley.
