We’ve gone *more* vegan!

With more than 7.2 million adults in the UK following a meat-free diet and even more Britons reducing their meat consumption, and the rate of people converting to veganism across the world hitting an all-time high, we’ve extended our hotel menus to include new vegan-friendly dishes!

Our head chef, John Mijatovic, has extended the range of choices available in our Falmouth hotel lounge and restaurant to give guests and visitors a much wider choice when it comes to food in our hotels. Guests now even have the chance to order a full 3-course vegan meal!

Whether you’re a true vegan veteran or a veggie newbie trying to cut down your meat consumption, our new dishes are jam-packed with so much flavour that they can be described as anything but boring - they have even proven popular with our carnivorous guests who have been amazed by the tasty meat-free flavours.

Vegan Full Afternoon Tea to include; 

  • Hummus, Avocado & Roasted Onion and Roasted Mediterranean Vegetables & Tofu Finger Sandwiches

  • Passion Fruit & Almond Macaroon

  • Blueberry & Lime Tart

  • Vanilla Cup Cake

  • Coconut, Raspberry Syllabub

  • Poached Baby Pears & Nut Praline, 

  • Banana, Maple & Walnut Bread,

  • Home Made Fruit or Plain Scones served with Boddingtons Strawberry Jam and Coconut Cream

Vegan Cooked Breakfast to include;

  • Quorn Sausages, Grilled Tomatoes, Hash Browns, Sautéed Flat Mushroom, Wilted Spinach

  • Crushed Garden Peas, Fresh Chilli, Glazed Tofu & Rye Toast

  • Chickpea Omelette, Mushroom & Spinach, Coconut Cheese
