As a Room Attendant, you will work as part of a dynamic Hotel environment. What will I be doing?

As a Room Attendant at The Royal Duchy, you are responsible for ensuring that your designated rooms are cleaned to the highest standard and in a timely manner. Your key duties will include cleaning guest bedrooms and bathrooms, changing beds and towels as well as cleaning other public areas - all while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction is delivered all times in line with our standards, exceeding guest expectations. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • You will be responsible for keeping rooms and public areas clean, neat and tidy.
  • Changing beds and towels
  • Ensure the hotel and guest bedrooms always look presentable and kept up to a very high standard.

You will be a vital member of our team and will need a positive attitude and be able to demonstrate continued reliability. To successfully fill this role as Room Attendant at The Royal Duchy, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:

  • A neat and tidy appearance (hair and fingernails) and adhere to uniform requirements.

Although previous experience would be beneficial, it is not essential as full training will be provided.
