Permanent - Part Time (48 hours per week (5 days out of 7))


The Royal Duchy have a fantastic opportunity for experienced chefs to join our team (Commis and Chef de partie)

We are looking for Chefs with great knowledge of current food trends, passion to work with high quality, seasonal produce supported by good organisation, communication & cooking skills.

Required: Qualifications / Skills / Experience:

You will have a passion for fresh quality food, with excellent attention to detail and a creative flair.  We are looking for a reliable, committed and self-motivated professional chef with strong all-round kitchen skills and a positive working attitude to work.  Previous experience in a high volume (around 75 covers) cooking to 2 AA Rosette standard is advantagous.  The role offers, progression, mentorship and training.

Interviews may include a cooking trial
48-hour week (5 splits and occasional straights)
